Releasing 2sxc 21.07 LTS

Time for another Long-Term Stable Release - enjoy!

It's been almost a year since our last LTS release (19.03), and this one has so much great stuff that was done since then, it's impossible to list them all. Here just a few things:

1. v20 was a Moment-Of-Truth release with a lot of history cleaned up
2. New App Extension System (like nuget / npm - but for Apps)
3. New OData support
4. New data caching system
5. New Toolbar features
6. New URL Parameter manipulation system
7. Partial Razor Caching
8. New Template Service
9. Polymorphic Edition Switching
10. WYSIWYG with Code-Feature for super-users
